Connect within, delve into your yoga practice, and align with the rhythms of Nature as you serenely transition from the moving energy of fall to the stillness of winter.


Move to the dynamism of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and slow down to the grounding elements of Yin and restorative yoga—all are laced with breath awareness, meditation, and Ayurvedic practices.


This transformative experience offers a space to nourish yourself while cultivating new friendships and possibilities.

What's included

4 days & 3 nights lodgin

Single or shared accommodations

Welcome grounding yoga

Transition from travel to retreat with a 90-minute grounding movement and breathwork practice on your day of arrival

Sunrise salutations

Rise with the sun and welcome the day with daily Suryanamaskar

Morning vinyasa practice

Enjoy three 120-minute complete yoga practices, including a dynamic movement and breath practice, followed by deep rest

Afternoon workshop

Move into complete stillness with afternoon slow-down workshops and practices of restorative and yin yoga, slow pranayama, and meditation

Morning coffee/tea

Help yourself to fresh coffee and morning treats, take a walk to the ground, and be open to the beautiful day ahead!

Daily brunch and dinner

Nourish with freshly cooked VEGAN meals by our own retreat chef, Christina Gdisis. All meals are seasonal and cooked daily with seasonal and fresh ingredients sourced locally.

Nightly Soundbath

Enjoy a 120 minutes guided meditative practice to quiet the mind chatter and immerse in the coherent field of Sound and Nature

Sanctuary Food Tour

Learn about regenerative agriculture; how it can produce sustenance for us humans while restoring soil health, increasing the land’s ability to capture carbon, and improving ecological balance

Hiking trails

Trek by the beaver pond to the magical pine forest beyond, and meander along the mossy banks of the Ten Mile River.

Sauna

Take an afternoon sweat in the lodge sauna

About your organizer

I'm Hélène, a 500-hour registered yoga instructor with over 12 years of practice and training in yoga and meditation. Originally from France, I started practicing yoga when moving to New York in 2009. In 2021, I left a career in finance and sustainable development to fully immerse myself in yoga teaching and sharing. The yoga I teach combines the principles and styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Katonah Yoga, which are laced with my practice of Vedic meditation and study of Vedic philosophy.
